Actually if you want something (kinda?) like this I think I remember a game called "super human"? (Along those lines) I didn't really like it because of how muscular the MC was but maybe it fits your preference.

it's the 0.54 version, so no, it's not finished yet, if you go the "done" section in the quest menu you will see that the stories there have the "under development" sentence in them
