I use the JoiPlay emulator, you can find it on the Play store, it lets you play games that are made with Ren'py or RPG Maker, you just download the game files for windows and add them in the emulator and that's all.

Was the graphic made with Koikatsu? If yes, you might want to look for some better graphic mods that make the character look better and genitalia more realistic or more manga esque if you like. (After playing it up to date: It's also fine like that just feels like something is off with the skin texture here and there. Still better than 98% of all created Koikatsu games.)
I'll second this - whenever I see games that visually more or less match lightly modded/vanilla Koikatsu it has to do an amazing job with those assets to impress me, since otherwise I could just do something equivalent myself.. as far as erotic content goes, of course. Story and gameplay is a different story.
